Holiday Homewares - November 27

$65.00 CAD

The Holiday Homeware workshops invite you to create handmade ceramic pieces for the season ahead. From serving dishes and mugs to decorative pieces and everyday homewares, you can make something that feels personal to you. Whether you're creating a thoughtful handmade gift or gathering with friends to make something for your own home, you'll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life! All pieces will be ready for pickup before December 20. This workshop takes place on Friday, November 27, from 7–9:30pm.

Each event is thoughtfully styled with unique floral tablescapes, creating a warm & inspiring atmosphere to slow down, get creative, and enjoy an evening of making.

After the workshop, you’re welcome to stay to enjoy music, mingle, and continue connecting with the space and each other.

Ticket includes:

  • Large amount of clay to create multiple homeware pieces (1-4)
  • One drink (Wine, Beer, Cider, Mocktail, or non-alcoholic beverage)
  • All materials including clay, glazes, tools, and kiln firing
  • Step-by-step guidance and 1:1 guidance throughout the workshop

Food will be available for purchase from Almonak. Menu subject to change. Please let Micaila know if you have any dietary restrictions if you are interested in having a snack during the workshop! *Menu subject to change each event*

Terms & Conditions

𖦹 This is a 19+ event.

𖦹 If you're unable to attend, please let Micaila know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows time to adjust, as clay and materials are purchased and prepared ahead of each workshop.

𖦹 No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or for no-shows, as each spot and set of materials are reserved in advance. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, you're welcome to transfer your registration to a future workshop (subject to availability) or transfer your ticket to a friend.

𖦹 Finished ceramic pieces require drying, glazing, and 2 kiln firings. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks before pieces are ready for pickup. You'll be contacted once they're ready for pickup.

𖦹 While every effort is made to ensure successful firings, ceramics can occasionally crack, warp, or break during the drying or firing process. Although this is uncommon, it is an inherent risk of working with clay, and Micaila cannot guarantee every piece will survive the kiln. You are welcome to have another ball of clay to try again, in the chance this does happen!

𖦹 By attending the workshop, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let Micaila know when you arrive.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support! ♡
